Return & Refund Policy

At Favoritehome Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products with careful attention to detail. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for clear photos or video evidence to verify the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.


2. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Please note that customized or made-to-order items (such as personalized doors) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product received is not as ordered.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check all specifications (size, design, finish, etc.) before confirming a custom order.


3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the product is shipped or customization has begun.


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds may be made via bank transfer after verifying your account details.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery


6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos of the product (if applicable)

  • Preferred resolution (replacement/refund)
